Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make an enquiry on vertexlabs.es (referred to below as the "Site").
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as "Device Information".
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
Cookies
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We list them so you can choose whether to opt out of them or not.
_ga, _gid — Google Analytics, used to distinguish users and sessions. Persistent for 2 years and 24 hours respectively.
_gat — Google Analytics, used to throttle the request rate. Expires after 1 minute.
vertex_cookie_consent — Stores the user's cookie preferences. Persistent.
- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages and date/time stamps.
- "Web beacons", "tags" and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Contact information and enquiries
When you make an enquiry or request information through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, project type and message. We refer to this information as "Contact Information".
Vertex Forms pricing uses a request to Cloudflare to estimate your country from your IP address and select a currency. You can change the currency manually; that preference is stored in your browser. We do not request precise location. Your enquiry includes the selected currency and displayed prices.
Vertex Forms enquiries also include your agency website, the range of websites you maintain, your plan of interest and, optionally, the form plugin you use. We use these details to discuss compatibility and arrange a demo. Submitting an enquiry does not start monitoring or create a subscription.
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring both to Device Information and to Contact Information.
How do we use your personal information?
We generally use the Contact Information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and requests for information
