A page returning “200 OK” does not tell you whether its form works. We check the enquiry path, one compatible form at a time.
Send us the sites and forms you manage. We confirm compatibility, label the test enquiries and agree where their notifications go before switching on checks.
We configure daily checks to open the page, submit clearly marked test data and check for a notification in a dedicated test inbox.
A repeat failure triggers an alert for your team. The report separates page loading, form submission and test-email receipt, so you can see which step needs attention.

BEFORE YOU ASK
The plan covers ten individual forms across the websites you manage. Two forms on one website count as two. We agree the pages and forms to include during setup.
The service checks forms and alerts your team. Your agency handles repairs. A daily check can also miss a failure that starts and ends between checks; this is not continuous monitoring.
We’ll tailor the monitoring setup to the platforms your agency uses, with coverage across the websites you manage. During onboarding, we’ll review each site’s pages and forms with you and agree the integrations and monitoring coverage needed.
We start with straightforward Contact Form 7 enquiry forms on WordPress. We’ll check your setup first. Multi-step forms, uploads, payment flows and forms blocked by CAPTCHA are outside the initial scope.
No. The email check verifies arrival in a dedicated test mailbox. It does not prove delivery to the client’s normal inbox, rule out spam filtering there, or confirm that a CRM recorded the enquiry.
Tests will use clearly labelled synthetic data and only run on sites you are authorised to manage. We’ll agree notification routing and any downstream effects with you during setup. We won’t submit a form just because someone enters its URL here.
A page can load while its form submission or email notification fails. Our monitoring focuses on that submission path. If you already have reliable form testing and reporting, you may not need another tool.
Both plans cover up to ten compatible forms, daily checks, failure alerts, client reports and guided initial setup. Prices are £29/month or £249/year in GBP, €34/month or €289/year in EUR, and $39/month or $339/year in USD. Applicable taxes are additional. We confirm your setup and coverage before payment.
